Life Affirming Events in NH

With all of the recent exposure of Planned Parenthood in the news and all over social media recently, I though it might be helpful to know that there are a lot of life-affirming things going on too.

There are still many pregnancy care centers helping women and families in crisis pregnancy situations to handle the real needs they have. There are adoption agencies helping families alleviate the stress of how to find the gift of a family for their precious little one.

There are resource centers with clothing and tangible goods to meet the needs of people all over the state and the country. Church food pantries and women’s ministries are throwing a baby showers.

Real people are helping real people, without condemnation and without judgement.

It’s not a wasteland of grief everywhere.

But, if you are grieving, there is help for you too. The CMP videos were very disturbing. I was trembling as I watched. Many other women and men were too. My friends posted videos about their own grief and the resources for anyone who’d submitted to abortion.

For those who would like to help Bring America Back to Life and restore a Culture of Life in your sphere of influence, there are a number of events available to help you become equipped for the task.

The upcoming New Hampshire events are as follows:

The Binging America Back to Life New England Convention will be held in Nashua, NH at the Crowne Plaza on September 18-19th. Pillars of Personhood will be on site, as well as, pro life and pro family speakers from all over the country. Abby Johnson, Reggie Little-john, Mike Griffin, Denis Howard, George Denehy, Molly Smith, and others will be there. We hope you will too.www.BringingAmericaBacktoLifeNewEngland.org

We will have a Pillars of Personhood training in Concord on September 17th, all day, possibly the 19th, if the attendees require, to prepare for our first NH outreach on Monday. This training will prepare students and adults to participate in outreach events all over New England. We are willing to travel with our display.

The display is a four-panel depiction of human growth and development, various common reasons people are dehumanized, the results of dehumanization and the emerging technologies that further threaten personhood. We will learn how to walk a person around the display to discuss the value of every person.

The New Hampshire Right to Life Annual Fundraising Banquet will be October 8th in Manchester, NH www.nhrtl.org This year’s speaker will be Josh Edmonds, Director of Pillars of Personhood, a project of GRTL.  http://nhrtl.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/2015-Banquet.jpg The banquet is a great place to meet pro-life people. Some of our faithful supporters have been working to change hearts and minds about the value of life since 1971. Others are just getting started and bring their exuberance to the work.

The Pregnancy Loss and Unresolved Grief Course will be held in Bedford, NH on November 7th from 9-5 and continuing education credit will be awarded for medical professionals. www.nhrtl.org/rvm This is a unique course and credit will be awarded for all states, except CA. Traumatic pregnancy loss is becoming more prevalent and the impact is staggering. Participants will learn practical ways of helping women and families through the specific type of distress associated with traumatic pregnancy loss.

With the many people affected, we and medical professionals, should be ready to help them through their grief. Millions of women, and men too, have been directly impacted by traumatic pregnancy loss. Let’s be ready to help them through. You don’t have to be a medical professional to help. You may be the only person they will talk to. We can all be equipped to help.

We hold our annual NH March for Life in Concord, NH the Saturday before the national MFL. It will be January 16, 2016. Ours is an all day event, starting at 9am at the Concord Landfill, where aborted babies were bulldozed into the ground, concluding with a light lunch and then, we will hear from our speaker. This year, Brad and Jesi Smith will talk about their exceptional child and the push to abort children like her. You will want to hear how they are Keeping their Faith.

The days are long, but the years pass fast. I feel like between work and family, there isn’t much time, but then I ask myself: What will be your legacy? How are you supporting human rights? What will you say, when asked what you were doing during the American Slaughter of the Innocents?
